Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client experience through top-notch operations support. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and reception services, making you an essential part of service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines efficiently.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling job requests and service calls.
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges.
• Work collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate job completion.
• Support various building functions, including meeting room setup and reception duties.
• Follow safety protocols while handling equipment and materials.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in copy job operations or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
