Forklift Operator position located in Rialto, CA. This role involves operating forklifts, ensuring accurate order processing, performing inventory checks, and supporting warehouse operations. The job also requires physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs, and is performed in a warehouse environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies.
• Utilize RF equipment for accurate order processing.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with Quality Assurance inspections.
• Provide backup support for other departments as needed.
• Improve inventory performance and warehouse space by consolidating stock.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the department manager.
• Inspect and QA all outbound freight.
• Palletize and load shipments.
• Inspect inbound freight and complete appropriate documentation.
• Complete daily forklift inspection checklists.
• Perform compliance inspections and documentation for international shipments (C-TPAT).
• Maintain operational and warehouse security.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of three years warehouse experience.
• At least one year of stand-up forklift experience.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklift.
• RF scanner experience.
• Strong math, reading comprehension, and legible writing skills.
• Ability to follow directions and complete work assignments.
• Team player with good interaction skills.
• High attention to detail to prevent injury and property damage.
• Ability to multi-task.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
