This position offers competitive wages with performance-based compensation and incentives. Pay is up to $22 an hour or more, depending on experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Foster positive customer relationships, providing excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Advise customers on the best solutions and products to meet their needs.
• Work independently in a highly autonomous environment.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in home installation or related technical fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to the latest technologies quickly.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Working Conditions

• Essential job functions require climbing ladders and meeting manufacturer’s safety requirements.
• Candidate’s body weight plus tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 28-36 feet.
• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, inside or outside depending on weather.
• Tasks may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other uncomfortable positions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, may be required.
