We are seeking a Tech I Blade Repair skilled/semiskilled worker to join our team in Brighton, CO. This full-time position offers a salary range of $26.40 to $28.50 per hour. You will be part of a dynamic company focused on safety, quality, well-being, and delivering on time, while helping to breathe new life into old wind turbines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to see and hear alarms, timers, and follow verbal instructions.
• Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task.
• Must tolerate an environment where chemicals and materials are used within OSHA guidelines.
• Work at a pace in accordance with a takt plan while meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Complete offered repair coursework and training and accurately perform basic repairs and in-process repairs under supervision, including all required documentation.
• Travel may be required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of complex composite repair experience.
• Established work history of at least one year in preferably manufacturing.
• Experience working on teams.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Required Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for experience requirements.

Work Environment

• Chemicals and materials are used within OSHA guidelines.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for safety.
