We are hiring throughout the Northeast and East US, as well as Canada (IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, ME, VT). This is a traveling position with up to 90% travel per year, performing major repairs on wind turbine platforms/brands, working at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to various weather conditions.
Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform major corrective repairs on wind turbine components including gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to strict safety standards.
• Travel within the assigned region, with potential to work at other sites across the US and Canada as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment and repairing turbines.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient and effective repairs.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair work on various O&M turbine models/platforms.
• Extensive experience with main component replacements such as gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades within the wind industry.
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
