This is a traveling position based in and around your geographical area, including IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, and ME. You will be required to travel up to 90% of the year within the Northeast and East US, as well as Canada.
Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00+
Location of this Position: Northeast and East US, as well as Canada (IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, and ME)

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform major corrective maintenance on various wind turbine platforms and brands.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces while exposed to weather elements.
• Travel throughout the region, with potential to travel across the US and Canada as needed.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of extensive repair work on various O&M turbine models/platforms.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair work, including main component replacements such as gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades in the wind industry.

Work Environment

• Work at heights and in confined spaces, often exposed to weather conditions.
• Frequent regional travel is required, up to 90% annually.
