Job Description & Requirements

This role involves assembling electronic components, mounting them into larger assemblies, installing wiring, and ensuring equipment operates correctly. Candidates should be detail-oriented, work well in teams, and be self-motivated.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assemble fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger assemblies or casings.
  • Install electric wiring and test or troubleshoot equipment before it is returned to service.
  • Use hand tools (power drills, crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, etc.) to assemble components and subassemblies.
  • Follow all security and safety policies.
  • Adhere to instructions and quality guidelines.
  • Operate manual tools.
  • Maintain attention to detail in completing tasks.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong self-motivation.

Required Experience

  • Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Basic math skills.

Required Education

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Medium work (lifting up to 30 pounds).
