The Retail Sales Consultant will earn a base pay of $15.80 per hour, with a total targeted compensation of $23.49 per hour (base pay plus targeted commission). The position includes a housing allowance, payable as taxable income, contingent upon employment in designated work locations and a regular work schedule of 40 hours or more per week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in a retail location, assess their product needs, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Assist customers with interpreting and clarifying account statements and processing bill payments.
• Solve customer issues, answer questions, upgrade services, and process service requests.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Create a fun and competitive sales environment while connecting products and services to customers' lifestyles.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Be an advocate for Comcast's products, services, and digital tools.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of related experience; consumer electronics or wireless retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).

Work Environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and remain standing/moving throughout the store.
