Job Description & Requirements
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist leads high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing tasks for client sites. Operating advanced 2D/3D print and copy technology, you troubleshoot equipment, manage job tickets and inventory, and occasionally assist with reception or light facilities work—all to ensure seamless operations and standout customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate high-volume 2D/3D print, copy, and finishing equipment, delivering accurate, efficient output.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems for timely resolution.

Provide responsive front-line customer service: answer inquiries, coordinate service calls, and manage job requests.

Maintain detailed production records, manage inventory, and calculate job charges.

Collaborate with team members to deliver completed work; assist with meeting-room setups, light maintenance, and reception coverage as needed.

Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment and materials.
Required Experience

1+ year of on-site services, print production, or customer-support experience.

Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.

Strong communication skills and success in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Preferred: prior copy/print-center work, basic electronics/copier-repair knowledge, valid driver’s license with required insurance.
Required Education

High-school diploma or GED.
