You’ll provide and install advanced home technologies such as satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation, becoming the technician customers trust. Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
• Foster positive customer relationships, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Required Experience

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Must be able to meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment used.
• Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, or assume uncomfortable positions for tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record check.

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Tasks may be inside or outside and are dependent on weather conditions.
