Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative. This position starts at $18.50 per hour with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
• Process orders via the order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
• Maintain a safe working environment, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Required Experience

• 0-3 years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of products preferred
• General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• General math skills to allow for cash accounting
• Strong decision making and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required
