Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
This position offers competitive compensation, hourly bonus potential, and a robust benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs.
- Process orders via the order management system.
- Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pick-up.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.
- Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in designated areas.
- Maintain a safe working environment, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Required Experience
- 0-3 years of experience preferred.
- Basic product knowledge preferred.
- General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
- General math skills for cash handling.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Pay Range
- Starting at $19.00 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on experience.
