At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. As a  Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining satellite dishes and receivers. You’ll provide top-tier customer service while troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work at customer residences and commercial buildings.
Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Foster positive customer relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing installations and maintenance.
• Advise customers on the best solutions and products to meet their needs.

Required Experience

• Ability to perform multi-tasking and work independently.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work with and learn new technologies.
• Experience in installation or technical troubleshooting preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• .A valid driver’s license.

Work Environment

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Job tasks may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or working in uncomfortable positions.
• Outdoor work is expected and may vary depending on weather conditions.
• The role requires the ability to climb ladders and meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment.
• Essential job functions require the ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.
