Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours (including weekends).
• Typically work in teams of three, climbing 1-2 turbines per day.

Required Experience:

• At least one year of applicable or transferrable experience from a heavy industrial background.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

Required Education:

• GWO certifications, including Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), and Advanced Rescue Training (ART).

Location of this Position:
Near Kinde, Michigan.

Work Environment:

• The role involves working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions is part of the daily responsibilities.
• The work schedule consists of 5 days a week at 8 hours a day, with an on-call rotation for off-work hours, including weekends.
