This entry-level role is responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting activities. The position involves learning and developing technical skills with increasing autonomy. Continued employment is based on meeting training, certification, and safety requirements.
Base Pay: $18.20/hour. Eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform installations and service changes following codes, guidelines, and safe work practices.

• Update customer accounts to reflect service and product details accurately.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure optimal product and service functionality.

• Educate customers on products and services to enhance their experience.

• Use hand tools and installation equipment; climb poles, ladders, and work in elevated locations.

• Lift and carry up to 70 lbs, work in crawl spaces, attics, and near power lines.

• Operate company vehicles and maintain equipment readiness and compliance.

• Handle physical and digital tools (e.g., pens, keyboards, mice) and operate in variable lighting and noise conditions.

• Follow variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime shifts.

• Participate in training programs for safety, technical skills, and certifications.

• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong adaptability, critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment:

• Work involves exposure to moderate noise, animals, public spaces, and construction zones.

• Requires frequent standing, climbing, and physical handling of equipment in confined spaces and elevated areas.

• Must operate in various weather conditions and drive company vehicles responsibly.
