Job Description & Requirements
This role provides direct, hands-on support within a legal office environment. Responsibilities include copying, scanning, production, mail handling, records support, reception backup, hospitality services, and light facilities work. The Senior Legal Onsite Service Specialist must demonstrate professional communication skills to support senior attorneys, partners, clients, and legal staff.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate high-volume copy, scan, and fax equipment; complete document production tasks

Handle legal records and documents including binders, briefs, court filings, and discovery materials

Provide customer support to legal staff including attorneys, paralegals, and project managers

Support conference room setups, hospitality, and direct floor services

Perform data entry, scanning, file conversion, encryption, OCR, and FTP tasks

Deliver mail, packages, and completed print jobs throughout the office or externally

Maintain copier functionality and troubleshoot equipment issues

Maintain logs for billing, inventory, deliveries, and service calls

Support shipping/receiving and perform occasional light maintenance or cleaning tasks

Assist with legal offsite trial preparation and special requests

Comply with safety, confidentiality, and quality control procedures

May require evening or weekend overtime for emergency response
Required Experience
-
1–2 years of experience in office support or similar roles
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills
Required Education
-
High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment
-
Office setting with frequent exposure to copier/fax noise, toner, and occasional weather exposure
-
Physical effort includes standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and pushing equipment up to 400 lbs.

High-stress conditions due to tight deadlines and rapid turnaround requirements

Frequent in-person and phone communication with legal staff and internal teams
