This is an entry-level field role responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting for Comcast's voice, video, and data services. Compensation starts at $18.20/hour, with additional quarterly bonuses and paid training. Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and modify voice, video, and data services in customer locations while adhering to company and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot service issues from the drop to the customer’s equipment, including home network setup using coaxial cable, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and MoCA.

• Document service calls and installation details in customer accounts.

• Determine and optimize Wi-Fi device placement and educate customers on setup and functionality.

• Provide customer education regarding Comcast products, services, equipment, and policies.

• Maintain vehicle and tools in clean and safe condition; report necessary repairs or incidents.

• Operate and reconcile customer premise equipment (CPE) from warehouse.

• Use digital tools for work order management and diagnostics.

• Climb poles, ladders, and operate bucket trucks as needed for installation and repair tasks.

• Handle equipment weighing 70 lbs+, work in confined spaces, and near electrical hazards.

• Travel locally using a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Complete required training and certifications within specified timeframes.

• Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required Experience:

• No specific years of experience required; entry-level candidates with customer-focused, technical, or trade backgrounds encouraged.

• Ability to handle physical demands of the job and work in a variety of environmental conditions.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditions.

• Work includes physical activities such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering in tight spaces.

• May encounter moderate noise levels and animals during field visits.

• Schedule may include 10-hour shifts, weekends, and mandatory overtime.
