Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team! This role is hourly, with a pay range of $16.77 - $36.36. The position is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in the showroom, understand their motivation for the visit, and build lasting customer relationships
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Effectively communicate appointment policies
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Required Experience

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities
• Analytical thinking and a business-focused mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Required Education

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
