Ferguson is seeking an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installations and demonstrate a willingness to learn custom installations.
• Handle and install gas and electric appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installations are damage-free, accurate per manufacturer specifications, and fully operational.
• Provide excellent customer service to builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay current on products.
• Fulfill all driver-related duties and responsibilities.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience with appliance delivery and installation service preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally, with lifting equipment.
• Experience in providing high-quality customer service (“white glove service”).
• Mechanical skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
