Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We are a family-friendly company offering a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, full company-paid training, and a variety of career paths. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until completion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation with a willingness to learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, accurately installed per manufacturer specifications, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to remain updated on product changes.
• Carry out driver duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience with appliance delivery and installation service preferred.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently with lifting equipment assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver “white glove service.”
• Mechanical skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
