Join Ferguson, a leading distributor since 1953, supporting critical industries like Commercial, HVAC, Waterworks, and Residential Trade. As a Sales Support Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative team helping simplify complex customer projects. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service by preparing accurate quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to recommend best-fit solutions and products
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer quotes and sales orders
  • Provide personalized support via phone and CRM tools
  • Proactively coordinate logistics and address customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong upselling, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
  • Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
