Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $21.68 per hour
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
• Process orders via order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in the appropriate areas
• Maintain a safe working environment, including use of PPE
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities

Required Experience

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC products preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Bilingual skills a plus
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• General math skills for cash accounting
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
