Job Description & Requirements
Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Support Representative. This full-time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The position offers an hourly pay range of $18.71–$29.92 and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales associates to identify customer needs and determine optimal product solutions.
- Provide personalized customer service through accurate sales orders and timely quotations.
- Coordinate product deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer incoming sales calls and resolve customer inquiries.
- Utilize CRM and phone systems effectively to support sales operations.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
- Experience in upselling and building customer relationships is valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn product knowledge and internal processes quickly.
