Job Description & Requirements
Join our production team and play a crucial role in the assembly of Nacelles. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts at designated floor stations, handling mechanical components, and using a variety of pneumatic hand tools and power tools to construct high-quality nacelle units efficiently.
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm to 3:30am with a $3/hour differential for pay.Primary Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools.
- Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring proper assembly of parts, including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.
- Meet production standards within the allotted time frame.
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.
- Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes.
- Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components.
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product.
- Test and inspect components to ensure they meet uniformity and quality standards.
Required Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Required Education
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.

Pay
- $23.50 - $30 per hour (depending on experience)
