Comcast is seeking a customer-focused individual for a role in a retail location. The position offers a base salary of $15.05 per hour, with a targeted commission bringing total compensation to $22.74 per hour. Additionally, employees have the potential for significant earnings beyond the target with commission-based rewards. Primary Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in a retail location to assess their product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements, processing bill payments, and resolving account issues.
• Help customers upgrade services and handle various service-related requests.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services, as well as competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive, and collaborative environment.
• Continuously strive to connect Comcast products and services to customers’ everyday lives.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of related experience; experience in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to work in different store locations as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required.
• Ability to carry and lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move around the store for extended periods.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
