Pay Rate: $21.95/hr, with an automatic wage increase  after 90 days.

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available on Fridays (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and Saturdays (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Associate at Pella, you will:

Perform various assembly tasks with the opportunity for cross-training.

Operate equipment and tools according to production orders while maintaining quality standards.

Maintain regular and dependable attendance.

Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Experience

Ability to pass pre-employment tests.

Ability to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with a polite and respectful demeanor.
