Responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting activities for voice, video, and data services. This entry-level role involves completing field assessments, adhering to safety requirements, and meeting company standards and certifications. Compensation for this position is $18.20/hr + Quarterly Bonuses & Paid Training. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform installations and service changes, adhering to company procedures, National Electric Code (NEC), and National Electric Safety Code (NESC) requirements.

• Troubleshoot service issues from the tap to customer equipment, including home network assessments.

• Complete necessary record-keeping to ensure accurate customer account information.

• Assess service quality and make adjustments to optimize customer experience.

• Design and implement Wi-Fi networks, educating customers on device placement and network expectations.

• Educate customers on services, channel line-ups, applications, and policies.

• Maintain and stock company vehicle and report maintenance needs or accidents.

• Properly use and maintain installation tools, meters, ladders, and safety equipment.

• Navigate digital tools for work order management and diagnostics.

• Obtain and maintain required licenses and background checks.

• Work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, power line proximity, and weather extremes.

• Drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly.

• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

• Ensure punctual attendance and meet/exceed performance metrics.

Required Experience

• Experience or knowledge in installation, troubleshooting, and customer service preferred.

• Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, and technical knowledge.

• Maintains valid driver's license

Work Environment

• Exposure to heights (poles, roofs, ladders, bucket trucks up to 26 feet).

• Handling heavy loads (70 lbs. or more), confined spaces, and exposure to power lines.

• Various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.

• Potential exposure to moderate noise levels, dogs, and other animals.
