Job Description & Requirements
The Manufacturing Maintenance Lead & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing daily maintenance operations. This includes planning and distributing work orders, supporting technician training and development, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining accurate records and inventory. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility to work across sites and shifts, and an Oregon LME electrical license.
Pay Rate: Starting at $43/hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (possible overtime until 5:30pm and some Saturdays), with occasional support for 2nd/3rd shift team members.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign preventative, emergency, and routine maintenance tasks using CMMS.
- Review and prioritize work requests; estimate labor hours and plan job execution.
- Support Sr. Engineer in training, developing, and motivating the maintenance team.
- Track labor capacity, work order backlog, and team performance metrics.
- Manage MRO inventory—order, receive, issue, and maintain parts and materials.
- Coordinate building and facility maintenance, including vendor scheduling.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and stormwater program inspections.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
- Support safe operations while working with ladders, lifts, and fork trucks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in pneumatics/hydraulics, AutoCAD, and programmable logic controller troubleshooting.
- Class ‘B’ Electrical License.
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalency desired.
- Additional training in blueprint reading, industrial math, measurement technology, and continuous improvement preferred.

- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs. at waist level).
- Requires repetitive tasks, grip/pinch strength, and physical endurance up to 10 hours per day.
