Pay is up to $22 an hour or more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
  • Foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Perform both indoor and outdoor tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Advise and recommend the best solutions and products to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a highly independent work environment and manage your schedule.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a focus on setting an example for others.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Motivated to learn and stay updated on the latest technologies.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
  • Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments, both indoors and outdoors, and perform tasks that may involve uncomfortable positions such as kneeling, crawling, or bending.

Working Conditions:

  • Essential function of the job requires climbing ladders and working at heights.
  • Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, with tasks indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
  • Must meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment and ensure the combined weight of the candidate and equipment does not exceed 375 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, may be required.
