Job Description & Requirements

In this position, you’ll use your skills and experience to perform activities that support the management of inventory at Service sites. You will manage all shipping and receiving duties for materials and tools and assist with expediting critical time-sensitive parts. You will also take full responsibility for inventory counts, both cyclical and annual, in our ERP system and physically. During a typical day, you will work in the site warehouse parts and tools rooms and utilize computer skills. Shifts are typically 5 days a week, lasting 8-10 hours per day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all shipping and receiving duties for materials and tools.
  • Assist with expediting critical, time-sensitive parts.
  • Perform cyclical and annual inventory counts in ERP systems and physically.
  • Utilize computer systems for inventory management, including email, Excel, Microsoft systems, Teams, and ERP data entry.
  • Ensure a safety-focused work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Experience

  • At least one year of wind experience or 2-3 years of experience in an inventory or material handling background.
  • Experience working in a team environment while taking initiative in daily tasks.

Work Environment

  • Required to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques consistently throughout the shift.
  • Required to exert (push/pull) up to 50 lbs of force regularly throughout the shift.
  • Required to climb ladders throughout the shift using proper fall protection.
  • Required to operate vehicles and forklifts.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, high-visibility gear, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hand-held radios.
