Ferguson is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation of $26 - $30 per hour (depending on experience), along with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Drivers enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM), with no nights or weekends, allowing you to be home daily.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery accuracy.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues.
• Follow and implement company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with preparing, receiving, staging, and stocking materials.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safety harnesses.
• Work overtime as needed.

Required Experience

• Valid Class A CDL License with brake and Hazmat endorsement.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Meet and maintain DOT qualifications, including holding (or ability to obtain) a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, and receiving is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not explicitly required).

Work Environment

• Monday – Friday schedule, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
• Home daily, no nights or weekends.
• Must adhere to all safety standards, including PPE and use of a safety harness (max weight capacity 400 lbs).
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
