You will be responsible for installing and maintaining satellite dishes and receivers, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, following safety protocols. Competitive pay of up to $22 per hour, performance-based compensation, and paid training are offered. Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Foster positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Advise and recommend technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Follow safety protocols during all installations and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a professional image, including a uniform, tools, and a work van.

Required Experience

• No prior experience necessary, although familiarity with satellite technology and home automation is a plus.
• Strong customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage and assist customers.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Tasks can be both indoor and outdoor, subject to weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Role requires flexibility, as work schedules may include weekends or evenings.
