Master Diesel Mechanic – Work on Everything That Moves!
We’re searching for mechanically inclined individuals who are ready to build a career in diesel and heavy equipment maintenance. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity to train side-by-side with master-level diesel mechanics while working on a wide variety of equipment—from forklifts and trucks to excavators and specialized trailers.
No two days are the same, and no one expects you to know everything on day one—we’re committed to teaching you.

What You’ll Learn & Do
With guidance from experienced mechanics, you will:
  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Learn to service equipment such as trucks, trailers, forklifts, loaders, excavators, and screeners
  • Gain exposure to key systems including brakes, hydraulics, electrical, fuel, and exhaust
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment safe and reliable
  • Use diagnostic tools and software under supervision as your skills grow
  • Help test and verify repairs to ensure equipment is operating properly
  • Learn proper documentation practices in alignment with DOT and company standards
  • Follow safety procedures and best practices in an industrial environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Entry-level mechanical experience (schooling, hands-on training, military, automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment experience a plus)
  • Strong interest in learning diesel and heavy equipment repair
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn from experienced mechanics
  • Commitment to safety and quality work
  • Reliable, team-oriented mindset
Training & Certifications
  • Paid, hands-on training with master-level diesel mechanics
  • Company-paid Foundation Brake Certification
  • Ongoing skill development and exposure to advanced equipment and systems
  • Opportunity to grow into higher-level mechanic roles over time
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Diesel, automotive, or technical school coursework
  • CDL or interest in obtaining one in the future
  • Prior experience in a shop, fleet, or industrial environment
