We are excited to welcome a 2nd-Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Barberton, OH team!  Our manufacturing facility is the heart of our operations, where we produce high-quality sports flooring.  You'll help our Machine Operators be successful in getting products to our customers by ensuring all of their machines and equipment work well and bringing ideas on how to make them run even better. 

Shift: Mon-Friday 2pm to 12 am

Pay Range: $20.00-25.00hour, based on experience  

Job Description:

Maintain a variety of rubber manufacturing equipment.  Light cleaning required.  Equipment includes, but not limited to – extruders, mixer, mill, boilers, water chillers/heaters, steam presses,  forklifts, silos, oil tanks, conveyors, conveyor belts, extrusion salt tank, etc. 

Must be able to work alone, with vendors, and with teammates.  Must be organized, safety oriented, detail oriented, dependable, professional, positive and must possess integrity. 

Must be able to lift 80 lbs, work at heights, fit into tight spaces, and be on feet for 10 hours/day. 

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on the above-mentioned equipment.  Or any kind of maintenance/mechanic experience

Experience troubleshooting equipment failures that are caused by mechanical and electrical failures

Two or more years of working in a maintenance role with the a single company
