Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm with occasional Saturdays. Opportunities for overtime are available.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs 

• Processing orders via order management system 

• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures 

• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up 

• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised 

• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas 

• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) 

• Will be working 1/2 time in the warehouse pulling and preparing customer orders 

• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages 

• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities   

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years customer service and warehouse experience required 

• Basic knowledge of HVAC services and products is preferred 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Follow all DOT standards and regulations 

• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card 

• Must possess a valid state issued driver license 

• General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required 

• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise up to 50lb regulary and up to 75lbs occassioally 

• Experience using material handling equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts is preferred 

• General math skills to allow for cash accounting 

• Excellent decision making and communication skills 

• An ability to learn is a must have!
