We’re looking for an Application Systems Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our enterprise applications. This role focuses on system administration, integrations, and cross‑platform support, with light scripting—not full development. You will work closely with business users to improve system functionality and ensure the smooth operation of key applications.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and maintain enterprise applications (user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, general upkeep).
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and documentation.
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs or iPaaS tools (Workato experience a plus; Mulesoft or Boomi also valuable).
- Diagnose and resolve application and data‑flow issues across connected systems.
- Implement configuration changes based on business needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend system solutions.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing system governance.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in application administration, implementation, or systems analysis.
- Experience integrating third‑party applications with ERP systems (Kinetic preferred).
- Working knowledge of APIs and exposure to light scripting (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript ideal).
- Hands‑on experience with iPaaS or integration tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi).
- Strong troubleshooting ability and understanding of how data moves between systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations or integration solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Git (preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
