 Could you be the full-time Boston Logistics Operator we’re looking for?

 Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse and logistics expertise in a fast-paced rail industry environment. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates who play a critical role in keeping materials moving to support operations and customer needs. You'll help ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time shipments that contribute directly to the success of our business.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with supply chain, customer service, operations, and transportation partners, managing inbound and outbound material activities while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You’ll specifically support receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and material transactions, while also assisting with cycle counts, process improvements, and special projects.

We’ll look to you for:

Receiving, verifying, and processing materials accurately and efficiently
Maintaining inventory accuracy through timely transactions and cycle counts
Picking, packing, crating, and shipping domestic and international orders
Operating forklifts safely and completing daily equipment inspections
Supporting same-day turnaround for receipts, shipments, goods issues, and inventory movements

- Valid state driver's license (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material movement processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
- Flexibility to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Hazardous Materials certification is a plus

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities throughout the workday
Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
Work Environment
Warehouse and distribution environment
Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and truck traffic
Regular interaction with transportation carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
